BTS have been praised for their hardworking attitude by none other than K-Pop singer Lee Hyun.

The star was full of nothing but admiration for the band when he made an appearance on the latest episode of Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook.

Hyun spoke about what he got up to while BTS were on tour and mentioned his self-composed track.

He said: ‘While cheering on BTS, who were on their overseas tours, I released a self-composed track in December, watched many movies, and enjoyed writing songs.’

The 34-year-old then went on to discuss BTS’s song Spring Day and revealed that it is currently one of his favourite tracks to listen to.

He said: ‘I heard this song before it was created, when there was just the track and a few words, and I really liked it.

‘Then the song was completed, and the members had written the lyrics for it, and the lyrics were amazing. Even though the lyrics “I miss you/Saying this makes me miss you even more are obvious words, they’re still wonderful.’

Lee Hyun and BTS both belong to the same agency, and the Because It’s You singer couldn’t get over the fact that fame hadn’t changed his fellow label buddies one bit.

He said: ‘If I were BTS, I would’ve told our agency to carry me around on a palanquin, but they really haven’t changed at all.

‘I’m not saying this because they’re my juniors. Seeing them continue to work hard without changing, even when they could afford to change a little, has set an example for me.’
