Not only did the power couple treat ticket-holders to a career-spanning setlist from both of their back catalogues, but they gave us an insight into the Carter-Knowles family.
And that includes a big reveal that Bey and Jay renewed their vows.
During the shows finale – set to Young Forever – videos from the family album were played on massive screens, showing Beyonce rocking a huge baby bump and Jay cuddling daughter Blue Ivy.
Then came Bey, 36, cradling the twins Rumi and Sir – before a scene appeared to show the Crazy In Love singer renewing her vows with her husband of ten years.
In footage circulating online, both Beyonce and Jay, 48, were dressed in white as they held hands.
The never-before-seen video was followed by a message reading This is real love flashing on screen.

Blue, 6, and Rumi and Sir, 11 months, were seen in the footage, confirming that it wasnt from their wedding back in 2008.
Fans believe the couple – who have remained together despite Jay, real name Shawn Carter, admitting to cheating on his wife in the past – renewed their wedding vows to mark their 10th anniversary, and were all warm and gooey after seeing the images from the concert:
I think its so sweet that Beyoncé and JAY-Z renewed their vows after the birth of the twins. They definitely needed to do that! Their marriage must be stronger than ever before now! #OTRII

However, we have no clue what is real anymore after a rep for Beyonce claimed the twin babies seen in images used during the show were not actually Rumi and Sir.
Wait – did the OTRII organisers hire stage babies for the visuals? Were so confused.
Beyonce and Jay Z will play Glasgow, Manchester and two dates in London before performing across Europe; the second leg in North America will kick off in Cleveland on 25 July.
