A worried Lydia says nothing to Sam and Samson about her possibly cancerous mole. The oblivious pair invite her along when they visit Alices grave.

Lydia secretly makes an urgent appointment with the hospital. But shes not a natural liar and Sam soon becomes aware that all is not well with his fiance.
