The Hero singer was due to continue her world tour Down Under in October for several dates that she previously had rescheduled from postponed dates in February.

But now, in an statement released on Thursday, Mariah has scrapped the dates.

Ive been working away on new music and I cannot wait to share it with you later this year.

The cancellation of the dates are due to scheduling conflict, according to the event management company MJR Presents.
