Its been 25 years since the world fell in love with Mrs Doubtfire.
And finally the nineties comedy is coming to Broadway as production plans have been confirmed for the musical.
The beloved 1993 film is perhaps best remembered for the late Robin Williams part as the titular Scottish nanny.
And it looks like the reproduction is set to be just as joyful.
A statement from Fox Stage Productions reads: Mrs Doubtfire is such a beloved story, both laugh-out-loud hilarious and extremely moving.
Getting this team together and crafting Mrs Doubtfire for the stage has been pure joy. We cant wait to get into production.
The stage production was said to be on creative hiatus in 2016, but new names have been announced for the production, including Jerry Zaks at the helm.
Originally a book, Madame Doubtfire, the stage play will be rewritten by John OFarrell and Karey Kirkpatrick.
Moreover, this version will come with music and lyrics by brothers Karey and Wayne Kirkpatrick, the brains behind Something Rotten!
The Golden Globe-winning film centred around failing actor (Williams) who is hired by his ex-wife (Sally Field) to look after his three children under the guise of housekeeper Euphegenia Doubtfire in a bid to spend more time with them.
Williams himself, who took his own like in 2014, won a Golden Globe for bringing Mrs Doubtfire to life.
The original cast also featured Matilda actress Mara Wilson, as his youngest daughter, and Pierce Brosnan as his wifes devilishly handsome new boyfriend.
