Harry Styles revealed to Timothée Chalamet in an intimate interview that hes currently working on his second album.
Everyone, stay calm.
The singer and One Direction star said: Im making my second album right now, so Im going to do that [make the right choices], read a lot and see what happens.
His self-titled debut album was released in 2017, featuring hits like the chart-topping Sign of the Times and Sweet Creature.
Despite the albums success, Harry told Timothée that he initially didnt know what he was doing.
I guarantee I wrote a lot of really, really bad shit before I wrote anything good, he told Timothée in the interview for i-D Magazine.
Honestly, its good to know hes not successful at EVERYTHING straight away.
At the same time, he was also juggling his first acting role in Christopher Nolans Dunkirk. So not much on his plate then.
When I got the role in Dunkirk, it happened right at the start of my first album, so I had to stop everything for five months, he admits.
But stuff like that always happens when it happens, so … Im enjoying not knowing to be honest.
During the interview, Harry and Timothée also opened up about gender identity and expression, with both speaking out about how theyre allowing themselves to be feminine.

I think theres so much masculinity in being vulnerable and allowing yourself to be feminine, and Im very comfortable with that, Harry said.
Harry adds: Growing up you dont even know what those things mean. You have this idea of what being masculine is and as you grow up and experience more of the world, you become more comfortable with who you are.
Today its easier to embrace masculinity in so many different things, he continues.
I definitely find – through music, writing, talking with friends and being open – that some of the times when I feel most confident is when Im allowing myself to be vulnerable. Its something that I definitely try and do.
