S Club 7 and Primeval star Hannah Spearritt has reprised her role as Kandice Taylor for a brief return over the Christmas period which will see her reunited with her sister Karen – but what trouble will she be bringing this time?

The news comes in the wake of the announcement that Mitch Baker will also be heading back in order to try and rebuild relationships with his son Keegan

An EastEnders spokesperson told Metro.co.uk: Kandice Taylor (played by Hannah Spearritt) will be making a brief return to Albert Square this Christmas when she joins her sister, Karen, and the rest of the Taylor clan for a family Christmas. The day immediately gets off to a bad start however when Keegans father, Mitch (played by Roger Griffiths), turns up unannounced and Karen sends him on his way.

As the family kick off the celebrations, Mitch returns and it soon becomes clear that he has been plotting something with Kandice. With a history of fall outs, how will Karen react when she realises her sisters been plotting with the man that abandoned her, and as Mitch tries to make amends with Keegan, is he ready to forgive?
