Mick Carter is back in Albert Square, but knowing Stuart Highway is walking around Scott free will make it hard for him to just glide back into normal EastEnders life. Hes got one thing on his mind and it isnt reconciling with his wife, its revenge.

Monday 17th December
The family are worried about Hayley, whos moved in with the Ahmeds along with baby Cherry. Shes still determined to give her up and Alfie is shocked by her decision. He tries to convince her to keep the baby, but when she refuses he starts thinking of a plan.
Jean is the victim of a brutal mugging, but luckily Ian is around to come to her rescue. When Morag throws her weight around at choir rehearsals and Ian stands up to her, then takes up her mantle when she leaves.
Stacey is still angry with Martin and she leaves to see how Ruby is and is shocked at what she discovers.
Tuesday 18th December
Mick is a free man and back where he belongs, but hes not free of what he went through as thoughts of Stuarts awful deeds haunt him.
Kat is delighted when Hayley and Cherry move back, but its short lived when shes given a shock by an unexpected visitor, leading Alfie to learn about the bike accident and when he confronts Kat she tells him what Maurice said.
Stacey is disgusted by the abuse Ruby has been receiving and comes up with an idea of how to make it stop.
Ian realises hes not great at leading the choir and decides he knows who would be better – he finds Jean and pleads with her to take over.
Louise has a disastrous driving lesson.
Thursday 20th December
Kat finally comes clean about everything to Alfie and he tries to support her. But she is rocked when she later returns home to find Alfie casually chatting with Maurice. As Kat attempts to flee Alfie pleads with her to hear Maurice out.
Sad times for Jean and her choir, it turns out Morag missed the competition deadline so theyre not allowed to compete. Thankfully theyre not too beaten by it and decide a carol concert is still in order.
Bev is back to mess with Hayley, telling her she needs a roof over her head, but Alfie has a plan.
Ruby is annoyed when Stacy tells her to go to Ross and Matts court hearing, but once Stacey leaves its clear Ruby had planned to go all along.
Friday 21st December
Mick is fighting his demons but losing when it comes to slotting back into normal family life in the Square. And its because hes got only one thing on his mind – revenge.
Karen and Kim go head to head for the soloist spot but Jean ends up making a snap decision.
Jean is excited to find a Christmas present left for her, and even more excited to realise its from Ian Beale.
The Fowlers / Slaters household is its usual hive of activity and in the hubub Jean accidentally throws her medication away. The family start to worry when it looks like shes not coping with running the choir.
Stacey confides in Max about her worries for her mum and is frightened when she makes a startling discovery.
