Aidan's plan goes wrong in EastEnders

They were certainly characters who divided opinion among fans but Tamzin Outhwaite has hinted that villains Aidan and Ciara Maguire could be set to return to EastEnders as part of the reveal of Ray Kellys major storyline.

Ciara is the sister-in-law of Ray and Mel was closely linked as she was hired to track down the missing money that she was hunting for. It was a long running plot that tested the patience of a number of fans but given how things ended in the Vic, its evident that there was some unfinished business after Phil Mitchell stood up to Aidan and drove him out of the Square.

As Mel seeks to expose the truth about Rays bigamy and have her revenge, will the two characters be brought back as part of the resulting showdown? And who should be most worried if so?

Tamzin told Ciaras a little pitbull, isnt she? She could come back quite easily and target Mel over her revenge on Ray. Anyone who knew the extent of what Ray has done, couldnt stand by him though, I dont think.

I dont think Ciara knows. Shes bound to rear her head. Also, theres Aidan – hes still about somewhere, isnt he?

The Carters and Phil would most likely want to forget that he is still out and about – but there were a number of questions left hanging due to Aidans departure such as what exactly happened to Vincent Hubbard, who crossed him and disappeared.

However, they arent the only characters that Tamzin would like a return for – shed be even more keen to see Mels old BFF Lisa Fowler back in Walford again.

She grinned: Cant she come back!? I cant remember the last time Mel saw Lisa, it was fraught. After prison and then going away. Id love to work with her again, we used to have a brilliant time.
