As if the Taylors house wasnt crowded enough, the family is about to expand by one when a visitor comes to down in EastEnders as the eldest of the siblings arrives to cause havoc.

The new member of the family will come in the form of Chantelle, wholl be arriving in the Square in 2019 as the daughter of Karen Taylor and Mitch Baker.

Chantelle is the oldest of the Taylor sibilings, and is set to ruffle a few feathers when she descends on the family. At first she appears laid back and easy going, but it will quickly become clear shes the spit of her mother and a fiery temper to match.

Perhaps those two are just far too similar, as theres some friction between them thats set to send sparks flying when she arrives.

With Keanu having a secret affair with Phil Mitchells wife, Keegan dealing with grief, Bernadette in love with a drug dealer, and Mitch harbouring a secret, the family will be at bursting point for drama when Chantelle arrives.

Senior executive producer Kate Oates said of her arrival: The Taylor family are set to be complete when Chantelle arrives in Walford and Chantelle certainly has that feisty Taylor streak. Things are set to get a whole lot louder in Walford in 2019.

Kate told of the mystery surrounding Mitchs return: Were bringing Mitch back. The little secret that hes bringing with him, the little surprise, will be a little bomb to go off in the Taylor family. Were stretching that family as ever, theyre going to be as rowdy and larger-than-life as you have come to love them.
