Mark Hamill has given us a first glimpse at the the reimagined Chucky for the upcoming Childs Play remake and, honestly, we sort of wish we hadnt.

The Star Wars actor shared the snap of the doll, who looks relatively harmless until you see the red eyes and disturbed expression.

Hes more than a toy… Hes your best friend! the 67-year-old tweeted. Your first full look at Chucky is here. Dont miss @ChildsPlayMovie, in theaters June 21st. #ChildsPlayMovie #TimeToPlay.

However, Chuckys new look has divided fans, with one replying: #NotMyChucky.

The trailer for the remake, which is based on the 1988 horror flick, was released back in February and weve still not completely recovered.

Opening with a young boy (Gabriel) watching an advert for the doll on TV, a voiceover for the company states: At Kaslan we believe that happiness is about more than entertainment. Its about being known, understood, loved… Introducing your new best friend.

However, once his mum, played by Aubrey, buys him said doll for a birthday treat, chaos ensues and people get hurt.
