Jess Glynne was recently banned from the Isle Of Wight festival after she dropped out last minute.
On the lineup, the star was set to perform on the Sunday, but confirmed she would no longer be making an appearance, blaming anxiety and exhaustion for her absence.
The 29-year-old said it was not [her] intention to let fans down, but she had to do what was right for [her] physical and mental health.
I am a human being, she confessed before adding: And I cant help that my body sometimes gives up on me. I am so so gutted, sorry and upset that I couldnt perform yesterday.
She has since been banned from ever playing there again, with the festival organiser John Giddings confirming the news to The Mirror.
He told the publication: She will never be booked to play the Isle Of Wight again.
It shows no regards for people that bought a ticket. Its so sad that an artist would do that to their fans. Shes let them down.
But it seems this isnt the fist festival, or show in that case, which Jess has dropped out of.
No, the Hold My Hand songstress also said she couldnt make the same event back in 2015, as she needed to undergo vocal chord surgery.

Im so sorry and it kills me but I have to cancel some forthcoming shows and festivals.
The popstar added: Im a little scared but I will be back singing better than ever very soon!
Due to the same reason, she also had to pull out of Glastonbury, Wireless, T in the Park and Splendour during the same year.
Back in 2016, the icon told her fans that she would not longer be able to commit to a date in New Zealand due to a chest infection.
She also used a similar reasoning at the Brits weekend earlier this year, which she had to cancel following medical advice.
The gig was rearranged, however punters were let down after Mel C who was supposed to support the stars original date couldnt make it the second time.
Following the news of her Isle Of Wight ban, it has now been claimed she staying out until 7am with the Spice Girls after supporting the girl band at their final Wembley Stadium date.
