David de Gea was at fault for Southamptons equaliser against Manchester United, according to Andy Gray.

The Spanish goalkeeper suffered a dramatic loss of form last season amid ongoing uncertainty surrounding his future.

De Gea is yet to commit his long-term future to United and was at fault for Patrick van Aanholts winning goal at last weekend as Crystal Palace enjoyed their first win at Old Trafford since 1989.
