Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) has been waging war against Harriet Finch (Katherine Dow Blyton) in Emmerdale tonight, as her grief over Hollys death and her own guilt over her sordid affair with Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) manifested itself into a cruel rant.
After discovering Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) with a (clutches pearls in horror) marijuana joint, Moira was determined to bring down the drugs baron responsible. Not realising that the culprit for the hidden weed is none other than pensioner Doug Potts (Duncan Preston), Moira discovered the past of Will Taylor (Dean Andrews).
With the anniversary of Hollys death weighing on her, Moira was on the warpath and marched to the Harvest Festival to out Will as a convicted drug dealer – while also blaming Harriet for bringing a dangerous man to the village.
In a village packed with killers, criminals and thugs, Moira was perhaps a little quick to call for Will and Harriets exile and Harriet was dumbfounded when Moira tore her to shreds in public and promised that she would report her to the bishop.
Harriet followed Moira back to the farm where she demanded an explanation for her behaviour and Cain (Jeff Hordley) was stunned by his wifes venomous words to Harriet. Moira got under Harriets skin by referring to skeletons in her closet and when Harriet branded this hypocritical, Moira accused her of threatening to expose the truth about Emma Bartons death.
