Its a special festive episode of Holby City tonight, with carol singers turning up on every ward and a mystery Santa Claus wandering the corridors. The festive season reminds Fletch of his childhood and unhappy memories of being abandoned by his father, Steven. When revelations about Stevens more recent past come out, theres even more heartache for Fletch.
Meanwhile, Henrik Hanssen is still struggling with the decision about whether to take up his old job of CEO, and a visitor to Holby makes Xavier question whether hes really ready to commit to Donna. Here are all the spoilers to look out for.
1. A young man appears on Darwin looking for Mr Fletcher and everyone assumes its Fletch he wants, but its the other Mr Fletcher hes looking for. Its not long before his connection with Fletchs father is revealed – when he calls Steven Dad. With Fletch already having difficulties coping with the idea that Steven abandoned him as a child and disappeared from his life, this is a fresh blow. How can he come to terms with this new development?

2. When Holbys Father Christmas suddenly becomes unavailable, Fletch hasnt got time to sort out a replacement. But whos the mysterious figure in the red Santa costume who keeps being glimpsed in the corridors?
3. As well as the mystery Santa, theres also a festive appearance of Mos husband, Mr T. But is everything alright between them?
4. Steven gives Fletch an envelope. Whats in it, and how will it affect their relationship?
5. Everyone wants Henrik Hanssen to take up his old job as CEO, but he has doubts and still blames himself for the horrors brought to Holby by Fredrik and Gaskell. Then when a colleague needs emergency surgery, Hanssen refuses to give up even when the situation looks hopeless. Will this be what it takes to make him think again about his position at Holby?
6. An accident at a Christmas fair keeps everyone on their toes as the festively-dressed casualties start to flood in. Mrs Claus in particular seems to be in a bad way – and when she sets eyes on one of Holbys regulars, she suddenly deteriorates. Whats the story between them?
7. Zav is trying not to think about Christmas, which holds bad memories for him, but he tells Donna he wants to visit her on Christmas Day. Donna is reluctant because of her girls. Then an unplanned meeting with Donnas daughter Mia makes Zav face his feelings and decide what he really wants.
