Sarah Sugdens health is about to take another turn for the worse when she risks going to a school dance despite not being well enough in Emmerdale. Sarah knows that she needs a heart transplant to save her life after suffering heart failure but is so desperate to have a normal childhood that she lies to the consultant about her symptoms.
As she makes out she is okay, she is allowed to attend the dance and she tries to cover up the fact that she is starting to feel breathless. As she sits outside and tries to catch her breath, Samson approaches and offers to take her home.
But when she refuses, she is taking her life in her hands and disaster is about to strike. Viewers will have to tune in to see what happens to Sarah and how serious her situation is but tomorrow night, Debbie Dingle and Joe Tate are hit with devastating news.
