Alices evil plan comes to a huge head as Sonya is left for dead and Toadie battles to save his wife.
For weeks now Alice has been secretly torturing Sonya; lacing her food with drugs to make those around her think shes fallen off the wagon, and later forcing Sonya to unknowingly go cold turkey and be crippled with the pains of withdrawal symptoms.
But as her plan to oust Sonya from Toadies life for her to be replaced with Alices daughter Andrea AKA Fake Dee – the mother of Toadies son Hugo – has not goe how she wanted, Alice is forced to up her dastardly tactics – turning to possible murder
In next weeks episodes, Sonya is still missing and Toadie is overwhelmed with worry. When she eventually turns up Toadie is swamped with relief, but his relief turns to fear that Sonya might have turned back to the bottle. Sonya tells him the truth – she was tempted but didnt give in, and shes frightened that the urge has been so strong. Toadie promises to support her and Alice is left fuming that her plan to separate them hasnt worked, in fact its driven them together.
Alice gets more sinister after Alice returns home and decides she needs a way to really make sure Sonya wont be coming back. She schedules a delivery from the nursery and then offers Sonya to go along and help. Little does she know that the gardening gloves Alice insists she wears have been dipped in pesticide. When they pull to the side of the road for a break, what will Alice do to Sonya?
Toadie is frustrated when he finds out Sonya has gone on a delivery, and worried when he receives a strange text from her saying shes staying away for the night. Its really Alice doing the texting – Sonya is in a bad way. Toadie makes a startling realisation when he gets Sonyas toxicology results from her hospital stay – has she fallen off the wagon after all?
In truth, Sonya has been left by the roadside by Alice, and her condition is deteriorating fast.

Willow arrives in town and when she and Alice come face to face it looks like her game might be up, She is finally the one to crack the sinister nanny who confesses shes poisoned Sonya and left her to die. Will Willow and Toadie find her in time?
Actress Madeleine West who plays Alices daughter Andrea hinted that Alice could well have turned murderer to get her daughter back in Ramsay Street.
Speaking exclusively to metro.co.uk she revealed: Lets just say Alice is definitely capable of such things [as murder].
I think that viewing Alices behaviour and what shes capable of creates a fairly qualitative reasoning as to why Andrea has become the way she is. She was essentially abandoned by her mother when she needed her the most. Alice feels she needs to recompense for that and make it up to her in some way by going above and beyond in trying to reunite her with Toadie.
She added that we will come to understand Andrea more because of it.
Yes definitely. And in the future she will be revisiting again with more stories to tell. We shall see when shes confronted, she said.
