Patsy Palmer has admitted that reviving her iconic EastEnders character Bianca Jackson and returning to Albert Square felt like coming home.

The 47-year-old actress, who makes a dramatic return to Walford in scenes due to air tonight, joined Lorraine Kelly live from Los Angeles to discuss her comeback in line with Whitney Dean (played by Shona McGarty) and Callum Highways (Tony Clay) wedding.

Its so lovely seeing everyone and all my friends, Patsy said of her stint back on the BBC soap. Its just like going back home to family, its so nice.

Lorraine then grilled Patsy on whether she likes Bianca, to which she replied: I love her.

She continued: ”You know, we all need to channel our inner Bianca, Lorriane. I know you do, I see you in your skinny leggings and shouting at Piers [Morgan].

Shes a great character, she loves her kids, she doesnt care what she says, she doesnt mind punching someone in the face if they get on her nerves.

I think wed all like to do that to a few people.

Its been a while since Bianca has graced the Square and wherever she goes trouble usually follows.

Patsy has teased that her character is carrying with her an almighty secret that will unravel across the next few weeks.

Biancas got a lot of stuff going on that nobody knows about, she said. I dont want to give anything away, but viewers will learn in the coming weeks why Biancas been so quiet and whats been going on.

Im not going to spoil anything but it does give answers.

She added: Bianca and Tiffany have both got things that theyre not telling each other, so its very hard for them to have a conversation about it.

Its the typical family scenario when everyone has their own things going on but nobody really wants to say anything.
