Its safe to say, Tommy Lee probably wont be buying a ticket for Travis Scotts Astroworld tour.
According to the Motley Crue singer, Travis has completely ripped off a major design on his current tour – the 360 rollercoaster – and is threatening to take legal action.
Travis, 27, has wowed audiences on his Astroworld Tour with a huge wheel on-stage, which sees him strapped to a chair while riding around the entire perimeter and rapping.
Its pretty impressive but Tommy argues weve seen it all before – on his own Cruecifly Tour in 2011.
Tommy, 56, furiously hit out at Travis on Instagram on Thursday, sharing videos comparing Travis 360 wheel to the one he used on-stage three years ago.

Alongside the first video, Tommy wrote: Just found out this fucking idiot @travisscott or someone on his team ripped off the 360 AND The Crüecifly! WTF!! Get an original idea bro…(swipe to see who did this shit first) BRB theres more.
He then shared a second video comparing another rollercoaster wheel with neon lights bearing similarities to a feature Tommy had on his previous tour.
The rocker claimed: ANNNNND not one rip off but TWO. DOPE. I get copying is a form of flattery, but this is just straight ripping off my shit. What do you guys think??? #crüecifly.
As the cool kids would say, Tommy wants the smoke with Trav.
However, a lawsuit could get messy as TMZ reports that Tommy was himself sued over the 360 wheel, which saw him strapped to his drum set, in 2014. Back then, an engineer accused Tommy of stealing the idea but the rocker was triumphant and won the case with the courts ruling that the use of drums were an original concept to Tommy.
Travis has earned critical-acclaim for his Astroworld Tour so far, which is travelling across North America. Still to come, the rapper will visit cities like Detroit, Chicago, Washington and Los Angeles, before rounding off in Portland on 22 December.
