Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 sees Ralph and best buddy Vanellope von Schweetz wave goodbye to the arcade world and set off on an adventure to explore the worldwide web, in an attempt to save Vanellopes beloved video game Sugar Rush.

The pair must rely on the citizens of the internet – the netizens – to help them on their way, including a website entrepreneur named Yesss, who is the head algorithm and the heart and soul of trend-making site BuzzzTube.

Disneys highly-anticipated sequel to Wreck-It Ralph is coming to UK cinemas on Friday 30 November.

Throughout their exploration of the internet, Ralph and Vanellope also encounter some familiar faces; Disney princesses and other Disney animations, Marvel Comics and Pixar characters are among those featured in the crossover.

The film boasts an all-star voice cast including John C. Reilly as Ralph, Sarah Silverman as Vanellope, and Taraji P. Henson as Yesss.

One of the films directors explained the temptations of the internet bring out drastically different point of views for the heroes.

Phil Johnston told Entertainment Weekly: Ralph is this older video game character whos thrust into this world thats confusing and constantly changing, and we lean into that notion that the internet is different today than it was yesterday, and it will be different tomorrow than it was today.

Thats part of the challenge that Ralph in particular faces. Meanwhile, Vanellopes much more equipped to deal with that than Ralph is. Shes younger and more spirited, and hes sort of a big, oafish doofus who cant quite handle it.
