Continue ReadingLike most, I've been waiting to be serenaded by Sza's voice on a new track for a long time, and the day has finally come. After three years, Sza released her latest single “Hit Different,” and I've had it on repeat nonstop. Then, I watched the music video (if you haven't seen it yet, please go watch), and was even more love with it.
I have no idea what goes into directing videos and coming up with treatments, but shoutout to Sza for all the ab shots we got. Her abs look so good, I'm here writing about them. Ahead, I've rounded up a list of strengthening exercises inspired by Sza's abs that will improve your core strength, which is important for everyday movements like twisting and bending and even improves your posture; can help you improve your athletic performance; and can even help you perform the choreography from the video better!
It goes without saying but doing these moves once or twice won't suddenly leave you with a six-paRead More – S..
Continue ReadingMeghan Markle and Prince Harry have been quite the busy bees since relocating to their family to California, and we absolutely love to see it. Besides the fact that they've blessed us with numerous virtual appearances from their new home in Santa Barbara, CA,, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently inked a major, multiyear deal with Netflix — and it sounds like baby Archie has been butting in on the action every step of the way. Meghan and Harry's 1-year-old son has apparently become quite the expert at crashing his parents' Zoom meetings, according to royal reporter and author Omid Scobie. Oh, the things we'd do to be on the other end of those calls!
During a recent podcast episode, Omid revealed that while diving into research for his new royal biography, Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family, he stumbled upon a fun anecdote about Meghan and Harry's life at homeRead More – Source

A bad morning can follow you throughout the entire day — raise your hand if stubbing your toe on your bed frame and spilling your coffee all over your new white shirt snowballed into unnecessarily snapping at your partner and an overall foul mood.
While we can't do much about your furniture placement, we can help you out with a 10-minute yoga practice — curated by Katie Davidson, a California-based certified yoga instructor — that puts positivity and productivity on the forefront.
“One thing to understand is that yoga involves subtle energy in the body,” Davidson says. “Moving and releasing stagnant energy right when we wake up is a great cleansing practice, while synching our breath with our movement is one way to align our bodies with our minds, essentially getting all parts of ourselves on the same page before we start our day. It also sets our priorities straight.”
While Davidson admits it's tempting to sit up in bed and simply begin, she recommends getting out of b..
Continue ReadingI've been waiting to get my hands on Selena Gomez's makeup brand Rare Beauty ever since I heard it was in the works. When I knew the products were on their way, I checked my mailbox daily — okay, more like hourly — until I finally received the enormous box. I instantly swatched all of the products inside, from the lip soufflés to the cheek luminizers, but I was most intrigued by the foundation.
I'm probably the pickiest when it comes to my foundation formulas. I'd much rather wear a tinted moisturizer than an actual foundation altogether. I prefer a natural, radiant finiRead More – Source
