Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry has been rushed to hospital after being wheeled out of Madison Square Garden on a stretcher on Saturday night.
He had just finished performing Walk This Way with Billy Joel when sources claim he collapsed and looked terrible.
Paramedics were called and TMZ allege they spent 40 minutes with him on site, where they put a tracheal tube down his throat to clear the airway
Joe did not look good, an insider added.
He was then given oxygen and taken to hospital, after security were forced to clear a path for them to get out of MSG because there were so many people around as the show was closing.
It has since been alleged that Joe has had breathing issues for the last few weeks related to congestion; it is thought that he is now awake and doing well and is hoping to be released in a few hours.
