In 2008 Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper met on the set of Mamma Mia, fell in love, dated and then years later split.
Its no surprise then that Amandas husband, Thomas Sadoski, is not best pleased that the pair had to reunite to play on-screen husband and wife in the sequel, ten years on.
I think he has the same kind of issues that I would have if we were hanging out with his ex-girlfriend from long ago, admitted Amanda, who reprises her role as Sophie Sheridan in the film, which follows her attempts to relaunch her mothers hotel in the Greek islands.
Speaking to The Mirror, she added: I think its always like, “Im so in love with this person, so that person must be so in love with her too”.

Amanda and Thomas married in March 2017 and weeks later she welcomed the pairs first child, a daughter.
However in the sequel, Amanda and Dominic spend very little screen time together as Dominics Sky is sent abroad to find out more about the hotel business.

Amanda found fame on TV before moving to Hollywood but when asked about why TV has become a hotbed for film actors, Amanda suggested it was because there is so much more available for women there.
For several years now women, including Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman in Big Little Lies, Amy Adams in Sharp Objects, Carey Mulligan in Collateral and Emma Stone in Maniac, have flocked to TV both behind and in front of the camera, for better roles after years of female characters on the big screen being relegated to supporting characters, or even worse, wives and girlfriends who serve no purpose to a story.
And when asked by Metro.co.uk if Hollywood may ever catch up with TV, Amanda says that the women are forcing it to.
