Amber Heard is one style maven.
However, she was keen to push the sartorial stakes as she wore a riff on an old-timey swimming cap to the London premiere of Aquaman on Monday night.
You could say it really capped off her outfit.
While the cap in question matched her green gown beautifully, adorned with embroidered flowers, and really give us some aquatic vibes in its green glory, it might raise more questions than answer.
Just saying.
Because while yes it really does give off some serious je ne sais quoi, did the 32-year-old simply want to shave some time off her red-carpet prep by giving her hairdresser the night off?
Did she not want to carry a bag and felt she might just slip some notes into the cap, her phone and hotel key, too?
Is she planning a late-night swim and simply wanted to get into the watery vibes sooner rather than later?

Maybe she wanted to match the funky blue carpet?
Or was it simply because she could and thats that?
Were going to do lean more towards the because she can angle, as she looked chuffed AF to sport the lewk at Cineworld in Leicester Square tonight.
She is a queen on and off the screen and her badassery in taking a fashion risk gets a big YASS from us.
Hey, perhaps were just in great spirits as Jason Momoa finally makes his standalone debut as Aquaman in Jason Wans film, quelling the long thirst of DC fans.
Nicole Kidman also stars as Aquamans mother Queen Atlanna, while Amber plays Princess Mera, the love interest of Jasons titular character in the forthcoming comic book film.
More: Amber Heard
Amber sports bright red hair (perhaps there is a current transitional dye job under the cap?) in the adaptation, as well as a fierce AF, scaly unitard.
The film is set to be the sixth installment in the expanding DC movie universe, following Man Of Steel, Batman V Superman, Suicide Squad, Wonder Woman and Justice League.
Aquaman hits cinemas 21 December.
