MORGAN HILL – A woman killed in a collision with a Caltrain in Morgan Hill on Thursday has been identified by the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroners Office as Lydia Jean Fernandez, 60.
The collision occurred about 7:10 p.m. at the San Pedro Avenue crossing, according to Caltrain.
The coroners office has not yet determined whether the death was accidental or intentional.
The death marked Caltrains 11th fatality of 2019.
