Drugs and Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) are not two entities youd expect to find in a sentence together but he is about to endure the holiday from hell in Coronation Street when Gemma Winter (Dolly Rose Campbell) takes him caravanning – and their luxury accommodation turns out to have been housing a cannabis farm.
Gemma is excited to use her mates caravan but Chesney turns his nose up at it what with its state, smell and age. With Joseph in tow, they manage to make it to a run down campsite (its certainly not Butlins) but as they turn the electricity on and find it clear that it was used to grow cannabis, Gemma sees the funny side – but Chesney most certainly doesnt.
As Chesney heads to the shops to get some supplies (and hopefully some Febreeze for the place), he returns to find that Gemma has taught Joseph how to play poker – and has beaten him at him, fleecing him out of cash in the process.
Gemma tries to calm Chesney down but he declares it the worst holiday ever. Gemma is upset and sensing Chesney no longer trusts her with Joseph, she heads into the local town and gets bladdered, entertaining the pub regulars with her own brand of bants.
