Coronation Street is lining up a devastating journey for Sinead Tinker as she discovers that her recent bleeding is connected to a lump in her cervix. As Sinead attends a scan with her excited and oblivious fiance Daniel Osbourne, the couple are told that all is well with their baby.
They have everything to look forward to – a wedding, a new business venture and a baby on the way – but when Sinead sends Daniel out of the room on an errand and then mentions the bleeding, she gets worrying news that could destroy everything.
A lump is found on her cervix and Sinead is warned that it could be cancerous meaning that eventually, she might need to make a decision about her whether to terminate her pregnancy so that she can undergo treatment.

Sinead is left terrified by the prospect of what lies ahead but when she sees how happy and focused Daniel is on everything they have to look forward to, she decides against confiding in him and secretly books a biopsy without him being aware that anything is amiss.

While Sinead is at her appointment, Daniel is making plans for a surprise pagan wedding, little knowing that their whole worlds are going to be turned upside down.
And viewers are worried that this ordeal may be Sineads exit storyline – could Daniel be set to lose Sinead forever? And will she sacrifice her own treatment to bring her and Daniels baby into the world?
