It could be a huge spoiler (Picture; Marvel)

Marvel fans are constantly on the look out for any delicious Easter Eggs, and so its no wonder that a new one appears to have popped up in Ant-Man And The Wasp.

The narrative to the Ant-Man sequel remains strictly on Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and his giant (and tiny) misadventures however, eagle-eyed fans of the franchise have noticed what might be a big ol Easter Egg in the latest Ant-Man movie, and it could be a clue about what is to come in Avengers 4.

And lets be real, with the way they left Infinity War, any clue, no matter how obscure is a clue worth pursuing.

In the beginning of Ant-Man and The Wasp, Scott is almost at the end of his two-year stint on house arrest. If you remember, he used Ant-Man technology to help Steve Rogers in Captain America: Civil War, and it got him in a lot of trouble.

In the movie, Scott spends his days stuck at home watching a series called Online Close-Up Magic University and one scene shows him watching an episode, in which a magic teacher says: Snap your fingers. That gets them to look over there. Now that is misdirection. Easy-peasy.

Uh, a Thanos reference perhaps?

Some fans think it is indeed an allusion to Thanos, whose fateful finger-click caused half of the worlds population, along with a bunch of our favourite avengers, to turn to ash and disintegrate into nothing.

I just watched ant man and the wasp and the snap happened. Chilling

Fans have already dubbed the move the snap.

But with those words in mind, perhaps its a hint by Marvel execs to mourning fans, letting them know that Thanos action was nothing more than misdirection?

Or, maybe all those who died didnt die at all – perhaps they exist in a quantum universe, just waiting to be plucked and put back into ours.

There is also the chance that this is nothing more than a cheeky joke, a cruel reference to Infinity War ended.
