EastEnders star Laila Morse has posed for some rare pictures with her Hollywood actor brother Gary Oldman as the pair celebrated Christmas together.
Laila, 73, flew to Palm Springs to join her brother and his family for the festivities, and in touching images shared on Instagram they celebrated with a bucket load of food that Laila helped prepare.
Gary Oldmans wife Gisele Schmidt documented the rare sighting of the two together, uploading several images of their family enjoying each others time as Laila took a break from the UK.

In one image, as Laila tended to the spuds, Gisele commented: Now thats a proper English Christmas dinner!
In another group shot that saw them all around a dinner table, Gisele wrote: Nothing like getting the family together.

One cheeky image saw Gary and his wife share a kiss as Laila mocked them from the side like a typical big sister.

The family came together for the feast and included the Darkest Hour stars sons Gulliver, 21, and Charlie, 19, as well as Giseles son William, 10, and her parents.

The united front from the two comes after they lost their mother in June of this year at at the age of 98. Just three months, earlier Kathleen had watched her son honoured with an Oscar and he thanked her in his speech.
Put the kettle on mum, Im bringing Oscar home, he said.
Laila plays Big Mo in EastEnders, whose family is currently in turmoil after Hayley Slater accidentally pushed Alfie Moon down the stairs.
The family believed theyd killed him and plotted how they could dispose of his body, but before they could they were interrupted by the police. As they showed them through to where the body lay, they discovered Alfie was in fact very much alive, and not only that, hed done a bunk with baby Cherry. Has Hayley lost her baby forever?
