EastEnders has unveiled the first look at the return of the Slater women to Walford in a brand new trailer – and we couldn’t be more excited! It’s no secret that Jessie Wallace is reprising her role as the iconic Kat Moon while Gillian Wright and Laila Morse will also be joining the ranks once more as Jean Slater and Big Mo Harris respectively.
As the Slaters are hit with the shocking news that Kat is dead when Mo comes home, plans are made for a send off that will truly honour who Kat was – but as the residents of Albert Square don their best leopard print, there’s a shock in store!
The video, which made its debut on TV after tonight’s episode, showed some of our favourite characters at the wake of Kat – only for a car to then pull up…
Kat is very much alive – and the Slaters will be bringing as much of a stir as ever to the show. But just what is the story behind the false claims around Kat’s death? And what is in the pipeline for the three returnees as they settle back into life in Walford?
