Something seems to be seriously wrong with EastEnders Rainie Branning as she collapses on the kitchen floor.
Its baby Abis birthday and Max is determined to make things special, but hes hit with a setback when hes called into work. He asks Jack to watch the baby instead of Rainie, and Rainie feels left out. She sets out to help take charge so that she can be involved, but a dizzy spell hits her as she collects the birthday cake and she drops it.
Shes devastated to have ruined part of the birthday, and sets out to make things right. She takes on way more than she can cope with, and when Max returns home he finds the baby screaming and Rainie lying unconscious on the kitchen floor.
She later seems to recover and at the party reassures Max shes fine. But when Rainie suffers a wobble, he sees red and spouts insults.

But things are clearly not OK as even Max, who has been hard on Rainie of late, is worried and he decides he needs to book her a doctors appointment. What will they find out?
