Brenda Walker knows that her husband Bob Hope strayed recently and that hurt enough – but just as their relationship appears to be getting back on track ahead of their wedding, she is set to learn the shocking truth that it was Laurel Thomas he slept with in Emmerdale and it’s still going on!
Fans already know that Laurel and Bob will recommence their passion but now Lesley Dunlop, who plays the cafe owner, has confirmed that the truth will be out – but her reaction might surprise viewers as she won’t instantly confront Bob but will instead hit back by having some fun at Laurel’s expense.
Speaking to TV Times, she said: ‘This is a double betrayal for Brenda. But she desperately wants to be with Bob. She said to Kerry a while back: “he’s mine, I love him!”‘
So could Brenda be set to forgive her philandering other half and instead target Laurel – and will Laurel and Bob slowly realise that Brenda knows the shocking truth?
At the moment, Bob is torn over where his heart lies but before long, fingers are bound to end up burnt.
