Cain Dingle continues to wrestle with his guilty conscience in the wake of Joe Tates death in Emmerdale and, as the pressure mounts, he decides that its time he told Debbie the truth but will it destroy them forever?
There have already been a few near misses, particularly with Graham Foster drunkenly suggesting to Noah and Debbie that Cain knows what happened to Joe. And as Cain can cope with the burden of his dark secret no more, Moira tells him that he cant keep avoiding an already suspicious Debbie.
He agrees and tells Moira that he is going to tell Debbie the truth but this is not what she meant and she does her best to try and talk him out of it, knowing how much damage it would lead to for both Cain and Debbie.
It was recently confirmed by Emmerdales boss Jane Hudson that two Dingles would be ripped apart so it seems likely that Debbie would soon discover the shocking truth – with ramifications that could see their relationship crushed.
Is Cain about to take action that he could regret forever?
