Victoria Bartons quest to track down missing husband Adam is about to land her in very serious danger in Emmerdale when she is duped by a private detective – and Aaron Dingle, Robert Sugden and Matty Barton face a race against time to save her.
Victoria wants Adam back now that she has learned that he is on the run for a crime his mum Moira committed and after rifling through the cabinets at the haulage yard, she gets a lead.
Robert tries to assure her that no-one knows where Adam is but Aaron hides his guilt as Victoria presses ahead and hires a private detective called Glen, who wants his first payment up front. Meanwhile, Aaron admits to Robert and Matty that Adam contacted him recently and said he was in Budapest.
So why is the so called detective telling Victoria that he has tracked him down to Portugal? As he demands £5k to go out there and find Adam, Matty knows Victoria is being tricked and confides in Moira before sneakily swiping the envelope of cash from Victorias bag.

But when Victoria heads to meet with Glen, not realising she hasnt got the cash, Aaron, Robert and Matty realise she could be walking into serious danger and race after her. As Victoria cant find the money, Glen is losing patience.
The lads arrive having tracked Victorias phone but find the device on the ground and Victoria is nowhere to be seen.
Is she in serious danger at the hands of Glen?
