Holby City fans have been left hanging after one hell of an episode ending that has left us all fearing that the legend that is Jac Naylor will die. Surely they wont kill off Rosie Marcels iconic character – right? Well, wed put nothing past the Holby writers!
A tense episode kicked off with a worried looking Fletch gazing over a figure in a hospital bed. The events then flew back to the start of the day where Fletchs problems were very much elsewhere as he was forced to confront his family issues with his struggling daughter Evie.
Jac became frustrated with her colleague as it was clear that he was distracted from the job and she confronted him over it in her own very unique way. Fletch didnt take too kindly to this and it led to the pair having a fierce row.

Fans are now worried that they might part forever on bad terms as Jac was later found collapsed and as the episode ended with her fighting for survival, Fletch wondered whether he was about to lose her for good.
Whether or not Jac will survive remains to be seen but will the tragedy give Fletch a huge wake up call over how much she means to him? And if she does pull through, will Jac be forced to re-evaluate things too?
