Cleo McQueens (Nadine Rose Mulkerrin) romance with Mitchell Deveraux (Imran Adams) has been anything but smooth in Hollyoaks.
The pair first met at The Dog when Mitchell showed up as the establishments stripper for the evening. After their awkward introduction, the trainee doctor bit the bullet and asked Cleo out on a date. However, Mitchells granddad Walter (Trevor A. Toussaint) has made his dislike for the McQueen family rather evident, and has been nothing but disapproving of the young lovers blossoming relationship.
Its not just Walter thats been a problem for Cleo and Mitchell though, as the pair havent been able to spend a lot of time together, what with Mitchells demanding work at the hospital.
Cleo comes up with a plan to rectify this situation in the coming episodes, and she suggests to Mitchell that she could work at the hospital too so that they would see more of each other. Mitchell is amused by the idea, and suggests that it would be nice to see her in a uniform.
