The wreckage of the Hollyoaks storm is nothing compared to the wreckages of the lives affected by it. With Tegan Lomax dead, Leela was unable to break the news to Rose and so instead threw her a massive birthday party to compensate for the tragedy coming her way.
But during the festivities, Rose overheard a conversation about Tegan never coming back and Leela decided that it was only right for her to be told. Soon, tensions grew when Harry Thompson turned up at the party to apologise for everything that had happened but Ste Hay was having none of it and told him one of them had to leave the village.
Sinead OConnor was the next guest to gatecrash proceedings and, not realising that Tegan had just died, she confronted Ste with a slap around the face. But as she realised the extent of what he was going through she apologised and Ste was glad to have her support.
Ste and Leela made their way to the hospital to get answers on what had caused Tegans death – and when Ste learned that it was the makeshift surgery that Misbah Maalik had performed, something he had been dead set against, he is left furious. How will Misbah react when confronted with his rage?
Elsewhere, after opening up to Tony Hutchinson about what had happened, Harry made the decision that he had to be the one to leave the village. As he packed a bag, he walked sadly through the remains of his wedding day.
However, fans can rest easy as this looks unlikely to be the end of Harry – as Parry Glasspool and Gregory Finnegan recently confirmed a future for Harry and James, even suggesting that they could one day become a family.

Mind you, with all of the repairs needing to be made to fractured relationships, that could be a long way off.
