Colby has been on life support in hospital ever since Ebony injected him with a deadly set of chemicals stolen from the hospital. The last time Tori and Jasmine tried to wake him up, he stopped breathing and had to be placed back on the ventilator.
Since being admitted, the doctors have been trying to work out why his temperature hit the roof after they gave him medication.
After his condition stabilises, Tori decides to try reducing his sedation and wake him up again. Fortunately, he responds well this time, and before long Colby is sat up, conscious and talking.
Tori explains that he suffers from malignant hypothermia, a hereditary condition which means the body rises quickly in temperature when its given general anesthesia.
Colby explains that his father doesnt have the condition, so it must be his mother who passed it down.

Then he connects some dots – if he and his mother have it, his missing sister must too – and her condition may be on the records somewhere.
Tearing off the machine wires hes hooked up to, Colby insists hes getting out of hospital right now to find his sister…
