Maggie (Kestie Morassi) has been struggling to cope ever since Bens (Rohan Nichol) depression has led to erratic moods, swinging from being unable to get up from the couch to getting angry, lashing out and even destroying Ziggys (Sophie Dillman) new surfboard.
With her husband dealing with his AFP case by shutting himself away from his family, moving out of the Farm House and choosing instead to stay in the caravan park, Maggie has repeatedly tried to persuade him to come home – but her words have fallen on deaf ears.
After a disastrous lunch with Deans (Patrick OConnor) mum, Karen (Georgia Adamson), which left Maggie hurt that Ben had drinks with her over in the caravan park – but cant talk to his own wife – Maggie tried again to get him to return home, but he made an excuse and left, going for a surf instead.
Ziggy found Maggie day drinking with a glass of wine in hand, saying that shes given up hope on her marriage. But Ziggy persuaded her to reach out for professional help, and the two rang up a helpline to get advice on how to cope with Bens situation.

After the conversation, Ziggy and Maggie go to find Ben in the caravan park. He quickly tells them he doesnt want to talk, but the two act on the advice theyve just received and say theyve heard him. They arent there to talk – just to sit with him in case he needs them.
Maggie is feeling more positive after being able to simply sit with her husband and Ziggy as a family, but tells Roo (Georgie Parker) that shes still waiting for a sign from Ben to show that he still believes in her marriage. To her shock, she heads over to the caravan park later to find that its empty…where has Ben gone?
