Im A Celebrity viewers were up in arms after thinking Hollyoaks star Malique Thompson-Dwyer had been handed a luxury item on the show.
During Thursday nights episode fans tweeted claiming to have spotted the actor smoking in camp.
Cigarettes are not considered necessary for survival, and the camp mates usually dont get their luxury items until they win a task.
So this left fans wondering how Malique got his privilege early.
Suspicions were also raised when new camp mate Noel Edmonds, when choosing celebs to take on certain roles, revealed that Rita Simons always has a ciggy in her mouth.

But theres a simple explanation.

Metro.co.uk understands that cigarettes are not considered a luxury item, and celebs who smoke are allowed to smoke in camp. So Malique hasnt broken any rules by sparking up.
TV legend Noel has only been in the camp a day and he was already causing friction with the other celebs, in particular former EastEnders star Rita and actor John Barrowman.
As Noel sat down on his throne in the latest episode and asked if everybody was paying attention, John replied: Yes Emperor. Oi, that was said with a bit of sarcasm, pack it in, Noel said. I didnt ask for this role.
Replying with a smile, John added: Youre enjoying it though.

Things got more heated when Noel told John not to scratch his groin while speaking to the Emperor, with John strongly denying any sort of scratch activity.
And according to presenter Declan Donnelly, Rita had an off screen rant at Noel in unseen footage.
Speaking on spin-off show Extra Camp about Noels impact on Barrowman, Dec said: John has already started to crack, and Nick is biting his lip.
Rita wasnt happy yesterday down at the trial.
It wasnt in the show tonight but when we were filming the trial, Rita had a go didnt she? Noel and Harry were kind of talking amongst themselves, and she went “werent you two listening?!”

And we were like “woaah.”
