Former NFL player Jonathan Martin was found with multiple weapons at the time of his arrest.
Martin, who was made famous during a bullying scandal with the Miami Dolphins, was taken into custody in late February after posting a threatening message on social media of a shotgun that tagged his former high school, Richie Incognito, Mike Pouncey and a pair of his former high school classmates.
The message read, “When you’re a bully victim & a coward, your options are suicide, or revenge.”

Now TMZ has reported that he was in possession of a “cache of weapons,” which included a loaded 12-gauge shotgun, a large knife and an ax.
This situation sounds like it was on the verge of getting extremely ugly, and we should be very thankful that the authorities were able to step in. Martin’s detainment happened shortly after the horrific events in Florida that left 17 dead at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. There’s no doubt that authorities aren’t playing games with these threats anymore after the obvious blunders from law enforcement.
