Some of Britains hottest talents have come together for a new period piece.
The trailer for the biographical drama Colette has dropped, and Keira Knightley is back in petticoats once more to tell the story of one inspirational woman.
The actress plays the legendary French author Gabrielle Sidonie Colette, or simply Colette, whose first four novels were written under the name of her husband.
In the trailer, we see Colette marrying Henry Gauthier-Villars, or Willy (played by Dominic West), who convinces her to write stories for him to release under his own name.

In the midst of Colette rebelling against the patriarchy, she also seeks the attention of people other than her husband.
Keiras character is seen kissing Georgie Raoul-Duval, played by Poldarks Eleanor Tomlinson, with Colette heard saying to her husband: Your jealousy is misplaced. Its the wife I found interesting.
Colette also embarks on an affair with the gender-defying Mathilde de Morny, played by Denise Gough.
Colette premiered at Sundance Film Festival in January, where it received criticial acclaim, and will receive its British premiere at London Film Festival.
Colette is in UK cinemas on 25 January, 2019.
