Kendall Calling’s line up is set to be huge for 2018!
Catfish And The Bottlemen, The Libertines and Run DMC are all set to headline, with the likes of Idris Elba, The Amazons, Ocean Colour Scene cropping up elsewhere.
25,000 people are set to descend on the Cumbrian festival, in its 13 year this year. Catfish last appeared in 2016, with Run DMC filling the hip hop legends slot for 2018.
Kicking things off on the Thursday night is a special show from Hacienda Classical.
Festival director Andy Smith said: ‘We’re thrilled to be heading into our 13th year and can’t wait to head back to the beautiful Lake District for another weekend of music, art, food and a couple of ‘Kend-ales’.
‘We’re lucky to have one of our biggest line-ups ever and can’t wait to welcome hip hop royalty Run DMC to the festival alongside our other headliners Catfish and the Bottlemen, The Libertines and Hacienda Classical. See you in the fields!’
The festival takes place between 26-29 July with an epic line up looking like this: James, Shed Seven, Ocean Colour Scene, The Sherlocks, White Lies, The Wailers, Declan Mckenna, Fun Lovin’ Criminals, Lucy Spraggan, The Amazons, Tom Grennan, Slow Readers Club, Peter Hook & The Light, Marmozets, Pale Waves, Idles, Dub Pistols, Hollie Cook, Sam Fender, Black Honey, Pins, The Blinders, Jordan Allen, Anteros, Yonaka, Trudy & The Romance and Bang Bang Romeo all join the lineup across the Main Stage and one stop shop for music discovery the Calling Out stage.
Tickets go on sale tomorrow from 8am.
