Liam Payne has revealed he finds it hard to control the presents and stuff his family buy for his two-year-old son, Bear.
The Strip It Down singer has opened up about what it is like bringing up his son, who has a markedly different upbringing compared to him and his ex-girlfriend former Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Tweedy.
The 26-year-old told Ok! Magazine: We have a lot of extended family between me and my former partner and they buy him stuff all the time. I cant really say: “Dont buy him stuff”
But we were actually talking about it recently because he has so many toys in the house and Im like, “I will literally get him one toy”. Because he doesnt need loads, hes got loads.
The former One Direction star continued: I couldnt believe it when I walked in on Christmas Day. Ive never seen so many presents in my life for one very small child.
I was like: “How the hell do I explain to him this isnt normal, that doesnt happen for everyone?”

Its a bit ludicrous really but I cant help the fact people love him and they want to spoil him. I just think as he gets older Im going to have to teach him the value of what it is.
Combined, Cheryl Tweedy and Liam Payne have an estimated net worth of £65million thanks to their time in Girls Aloud and One Direction.
Liam and Cheryl, who dated from 2015 to 2018, have largely kept their two-year-old son out of the public eye.
