With a lineup including Giggs, Lizzo and Chance The Rapper, day two of Lovebox festival was always going to have fans bouncing around on their feet. And thats precisely what happened when thousands of music lovers descended on Gunnersbury Park on Saturday.

Seeing as Chance The Rapper is just weeks away from releasing a new album, his set seemed like an appreciation of what hes accomplished so far before he storms on with a new bunch of songs fans are sure to love.

The star – full name Chancelor Johnathan Bennet – bonded on stage with the humble energy thats helped him win over loyal fans across the globe. Something that became very evident to me as I watch fans around sing along to lyrics word for word throughout the entire set.

And it was a good thing the crowd knew the lyrics because, sadly, the rappers mic wasnt loud enough thanks to sound system issues that blighted the main stage for the entire day.

Another blip came when Lil Chano forgot the lyrics from his collaboration with DJ Khaled and Justin Bieber on Im The One. But the lovable rapper bashfully fessed up, got the crowd to remind him and reloaded the track to deliver his verse with a cheeky smile.

The rapper is always ready to take us to church during his set and as he drops hits like Blessing, Angels, Are You Ready? and Ultrabeam while a beautiful sunset illuminated the skies, it was hard not to feel uplifted.

But his set is more than just claiming your blessings as we got to turn all the way up to No Problem, All Night, Cocoa Butter Kiss.

Founded in 2002, by DJ duo, Groove Armada, Lovebox has become a staple in the London festival circuit. As it returned to Gunnersbury Park in West London for the second year, it feels like the event has found a happy new home that seems to have everyones approval.

During his set, Chance gave a shoutout to the festival, admitting he loved the name Lovebox and he thought the festival looks amazing.

Meanwhile, Lizzo playfully admitted claimed she might change her album name to Cause I LoveBox, before cracking up at the unintended pun. And its safe to say that same playful spirit that helps her music to make fans feel Good As Hell.

Seeing as her concert tickets sold out in minutes this week, Lizzo knows shes got a lot of love from London fans.

So our self-love queen came and did the damn thing as she twerked, hair flipped and SANG her way through her upbeat set full of sass and body positivity.

Again, due to sound issues, it was hard to hear the quips and words of wisdom she was trying to share with the crowd in-between songs. But at the end of the gig, she stated: If you can love me, then you can love your own damn self.
