Luke Benward (Warner Bros Life Of The Party), Michael McKean (Better Call Saul), Alan Tudyk (Suburgatory), and Hannah Kasulka (The Exorcist) will star in the indie comedy, Playing God, written and directed Scott Brignac.
Currently shooting in Houston, the pic follows Rachel (Kasulka) and Micah Benward), a brother and sister con-artist duo who find themselves scamming a grieving billionaire, Ben (Tudyk), by convincing him they can introduce him to God, face-to-face. They recruit their longtime mentor, Frank (McKean), to “play” God as the three of them attempt the biggest con of their lives.
Jude Demorest (Star) and Marc Menchaca (Ozark) co-star in the film, which is being produced by Aaron Benward of Watershed Motion Pictures and Russell Groves of Ralph Smyth Entertainment.
