Macaulay Culkin has given us the closest thing to another Home Alone sequel that a superfan could ask for.
The Hollywood star has reprised his role as Kevin McCallister to recreate scenes from the 1990 Christmas classic. And while Macaulay is now aged 38, those iconic moments feel just like yesterday.
Ah, the nostalgia.
Its all thanks to a Google advert, which prompted Macaulay to ask his Twitter followers on Tuesday: Have you ever wondered what Kevin McCallister is like as an adult?
Erm, duh? Does he even know us?
The actor jokingly added: Me neither. But just in case youre curious you should totally watch this… with a link to the minute-long video, which has pretty much been something fans have only dreamed about since Home Alone 2.

Opening with the wonderfully familiar Home Alone theme, Macaulay calls out for his mum and dad only to find himself home alone for the umpteenth time. Youd think Kevins parents would have learnt by now.
Macaulay then reenacts the face shaving scene before reminding himself to clean the sheets later while excitedly jumping on the bed. Only now as he nears 40, the actor isnt as mobile as he once was and injures his back.
How times have changed.
Later, Macaulay sits in his living room while watching the fake gangster movie, Angels With Filthy Souls, from the original Home Alone. He then gets a knock on the door from the pizza delivery boy, only these days, things are a little more hi-tech and he uses the Google pad as video surveillance.
Also making a return are Kevins cardboard cut-out friends, including Michael Jordan, at his fake party.

Simply, its the greatest Christmas present we could have asked for and more.
It comes just a day after Macaulay recreated the booby trap scene during an appearance on Angry Video Game Nerds YouTube channel.
Dreams really can come true.
