The actual original Nike Air Mags trainer worn by Michael J Fox in Back To The Future II in 1989 has sold for almost £100,000 (£70,143).
And thats only the left shoe. No word on where the right is, but just one alone scored that amount of cash.
Worth it. They may be disintegrating and 29 years old but man, what a bargain. Not even being sarcastic, wed sell our sister to get our hands on that baby.
The shoe features in the scene where Doc and Marty arrive in the future, 2015, and Doc hands Marty the trainers in a bid to get him wearing futuristic clothes to fit in to pass as his son to stop his real son going to prison.
The trainer was originally part of a Nike employees personal collection, and is so fragile its crumbling at the back and could only be purchased by someone living in Portland, Oregon as it was too delicate to travel.
The money raised goes towards Michael J Foxs foundation for Parkinsons research.

The shoe garnered 220 bids on eBay before the auction was won. Had we known this was going on, we would have raided the piggy bank.
Replicas of the shoe were made in 2011, with 1,500 pairs being created for fans of the show, each pair selling for thousands.
A further 89 pairs were created in 2016, thanks to Nike and The Michael J Fox Foundation.
