After Stan Lee passed away earlier this week at the age of 95, Netflix has created a sweet tribute to the Marvel king.
His passing on Monday has affected millions around the world, so Netflix implemented an awesome Easter egg on their platform for fans to enjoy the work of the comic book legend for eons to come.
If you type Lees famous Excelsior into the search tab, youll be greeted by numerous titles from the great, including a tab where you can search Stan Lees Universe – potentially the best universe there is.
Films including Iron Man, Doctor Strange and series Jessica Jones and Daredevil are easily accessed after the platform evidently felt punters needed a simpler way to celebrate the work of their hero.

What does excelsior mean, by the way? Lee, who bandied the word about, tweeted his meaning some time ago, as he wrote: Finally, what does “Excelsior” mean? “Upward and onward to greater glory!”
Thats what I wish you whenever I finish tweeting! Excelsior!
There you go.
The world of pop culture and comics was left reeling last week as the news broke that the Marvel Comics co-creator passed away on Monday after he was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center; Lee had battled several illnesses over the last year or so including pneumonia and vision issues.
Lees daughter JC confirmed the news to TMZ: My father loved all of his fans. He was the greatest, most decent man.
His official web pages later shared a tribute to him which simply read: 1922 – 2018. Excelsior!
Many paid tribute to the Marvel legend, with the OG Avengers, including Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo and Chris Evans taking out a full page ad to pay their respects.
Chris, Robert Downey Jr, Scarlett, Mark, Jeremy Renner and Chris Hemsworth took out a full page advert in this weeks issue of The Hollywood Reporter to thank Lee for his legacy.
We acknowledge his creative contribution, the thousands of men and women it has long employed, the millions that will continue to be entertained, and above all, his inimitable wit, grace and humility, the ad read. Stan, we love you, we will miss you, were grateful to represent a small part of your amazing legacy.
