A man has been arrested for scrawling swastikas and hateful graffiti on ambulances in Manhattan, authorities said.
Jem Ibrahimov, 42, of Manhattan, was taken into custody at the 34th Precinct in Washington Heights around 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning, police and the FDNY said.
Ibrahimov was spotted drawing swastikas and writing phrases like “Nazi Pigs” on five ambulances at an EMS station in Washington Heights on Aug. 26, the FDNY said.
He also vandalized four more ambulances and a firehouse door at Engine 93 in Washington Heights on Friday, scrawling swastikas and the words “rapist” and “Nazi," according to the FDNY.
